One of my favorite things about Kajabi is that they never stop developing new features. This makes customers like me VERY happy! They didn't stop at providing us the ability to host online courses and membership sites, have a Kajabi site, and do our email marketing.
Nope. Since I've been a customer (late 2016), they've added features like: Pipelines (now renamed Funnels), 1:1 Coaching, Podcast, new Page templates, along with new and better Course and Site Frameworks for an overall better and better Kajabi experience. Kajabi's email feature in that time has gone from a sort of barebones way to send out promotional emails to a full-fledged, top-of-the-line mailing service provider.
I may receive commissions for purchases made through links on my site.
In all aspects of Kajabi, there has been a constant improvement in customization options, the sales funnel, email broadcast, and more, enabling us to excel at our individual knowledge business.
Many users have been asking and anxious for improvements to Kajabi's "Community" product created a few years ago. While it answered our requests for a forum-type group feature, Community was missing key features that were felt to be necessary to "get people off of Facebook", i.e, get them to use Community instead of the feature-rich Facebook Groups they were so used to.
An improvement to Community was always casually referred to as Community 2.0. But now that it's officially been introduced (on 11-01-22), Kajabi now calls it "Communities". Instead of improving Community, Kajabi acquired an amazing software product called Vibely.
Here's where you can learn more about Kajabi Communities (Beta) and get on the waitlist!
Kajabi offers easy integration with 2 payment processors: Stripe and PayPal. We can choose to use one or both. If you use PayPal with Kajabi, YOU NEED TO TAKE ACTION NOW.
PayPal has updated their API and it's a must that you upgrade to their latest version. It's really easy and quick to do so don't wait - go do it NOW. You don't want to be one of the Kajabi customers seen in the private Facebook group who goes to launch, etc. and purchases aren't going through.
As is often the misguided notion, people will blame Kajabi "for ruining their launch!" etc but in fact it's not Kajabi's fault. We're each responsible for keeping our payment processors up-to-date and functioning properly.
Pro tip: On a regular schedule and especially before a launch, check any and all payment processors you use to make sure everything is hunky-dory!
Incidentally, you'll see where my PayPal button says "Connect". That's because I don't use PayPal. If you do, yours will look differently of course :)
Click to access your Payment Integrations inside Kajabi and select “Upgrade” in the PayPal section. From there, you’ll log into your PayPal account and the upgrade will apply automatically.
To make this important upgrade now, click here: Your payment processor settings.
If you've ever wanted to look for a Kajabi service provider, you may have stopped before you started ... you have SO many questions! Where do you look? What qualifications should they have? And, God forbid, what happens if you work together and something goes wrong?
Well, now Kajabi is going to try and solve this issue. They're developing a new marketplace "where Kajabi Heroes can find vetted service providers to help them take the next step in their business."
The program is in beta now as of October 2022 and while they're taking beta signups - for providers and those who want to work with them - they're starting with website design specifically. Eventually, you may be able to find help with anything from online course creation to email campaigns and sales flows.

First of all, what's Kajabi Labs? It's a rolling set of new or improved features that Kajabi is working on at any given time. They often invite their customers to help them use and beta test the features, in the hopes that you'll also provide feedback. It's a pretty sweet deal.
You can find Labs by going to your Kajabi dashboard, Settings, Labs. So go there now and toggle on anything you're interested in trying out! As of October '22, the Offer Creation Wizard - a tool to shorten the time it takes to create Offers - is being tested so give it a try! If you ever try a Lab feature and decide you want to cancel it, just toggle the button back off.
